St. John's Anglican Church is looking for a full-time rector to succeed our current rector upon his retirement and who will lead our community of approximately 145 parishioners in worship and ministry. St. John’s Anglican Church is a joyful, welcoming fellowship of believers who are joined together in a love for God's word, serving each other, and reaching others for Christ. We are a tightly knit congregation with a wide range of ages and backgrounds, united in serving and worshiping the Lord in Petaluma, California, a beautiful town just north of San Francisco. Compensation Information: The salary range for this position is $80,000-$115,000. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend upon a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to experience, training, skill, ability, education, and market demands. In addition to salary, the benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, pension plan contributions, paid time off, and sabbatical. Residential shared equity arrangement negotiable after satisfactory completion of probationary period. All expenses are also reimbursed as required by law, including but not limited to conference fees, cell phone, mileage, and other travel expense reimbursement.
