Clergy Wives Retreat 2018

Hello Clergy Wives of San Joaquin! We are looking forward to another great retreat this year at St. Anthony’s Catholic Retreat Center in Three Rivers, CA from Friday, Sept. 28 - Sunday, Oct. 30th. Under the leadership of our speaker, Monica Romig Green, we will spend time playing, praying, and learning more about what it means to Play Without Ceasing, to enter into a life with God that is delightful and profound, joyful and unforgettable.
Play Without Ceasing is a fun interactive retreat experience that casts an exciting vision for how to live our lives richly and joyfully with God. Using easy improvisational group games and guided reflective individual prayer, participants discover ways to enter into a life with God that is delightful and profound, joyful and unforgettable.

Monica Romig Green is a speaker and writer who draws on her extensive background in the theatre and as a spiritual director to create interactive experiences that bring people closer to God and one another. With degrees from Talbot School of Theology and Stanford University, she works for Grafted Life Ministries where she has co-written 10 spiritual formation books for small groups, including The Art of Spiritual Leadership and the Life with God series. From 2011 to 2016, she served as the Founding Director of the Evangelical Spiritual Directors Association. After living in Toronto, Canada, and Dallas, Texas, she currently resides back home in Southern California with her brilliant husband Matthew and their sweet mellow Chihuahua Gomez.

Please join us! Make sure to register by Saturday, September 1st, either by mail or online. As we continue to grow as a diocese, let us gather together to encourage one another and reconnect with Jesus. He is as always our strength. COME and join us for your first clergy wives retreat or your tenth. This retreat is for you! See you in Three Rivers!
